End User License Agreement

Vessly does not have a custom licence agreement of its own at launch. The app is licensed to you under the standard terms of the store you downloaded it from, and the Vessly services are governed by our Terms of Use. This page tells you which text applies where.

1. iOS — Apple's standard EULA #

On iPhone, Vessly is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). It is the agreement between you and the publisher of Vessly for the licence to the app; Apple is a third-party beneficiary. It covers, among other things, the scope of the licence, consent to use of diagnostic data, external services, the warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability and export rules.

Read Apple's Standard EULA

Opens apple.com in a new tab. The Standard EULA already contains the minimum terms Apple requires of every app (Schedule 2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement). If we ever publish a custom EULA, it will appear on this page and in App Store Connect.

2. Android — Google Play terms #

On Android, Vessly is distributed through Google Play. Your download and use of the app are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and the same conditions as on iOS apply to the licence: Vessly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, without the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent it, or to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.

Read the Google Play Terms of Service

3. Vessly services and privacy #

The store EULA covers the app on your phone. Everything the app connects to — Vessly Fleet, AI Mechanic, subscriptions, support and this website — is governed by our own two documents:

Terms

Subscriptions and trials, Fleet and crew data, your ownership of your data, AI Mechanic as advice, acceptable use, liability.

Read the Terms of Use

Privacy

What stays on your phone, what goes to our servers and to which providers, how to delete everything.
