Setting up Fleet
Create a fleet, invite crew, set roles, hide amounts.
Fleet is the one part of Vessly that needs an account, because several phones share the same boats. The owner pays per boat; crew joins free.
Steps

Sign in
Open Fleets and crew from the dashboard or from Settings and continue with Google or with e-mail. E-mail sign-in sends a 6-digit code; no password to remember.

Choose the Fleet plan
Fleet is billed per boat, per month, with a 14-day free trial. Only the fleet owner subscribes; crew members never pay.

Create the fleet and share boats
Tap Create a fleet and give it a name your crew will recognise, or skip and keep the default. Then share a boat: its entries and photos become visible to the crew; your personal boats stay private.

Invite the crew
In Crew, add a member and pick a role; the app gives you an invite code to share or copy. Codes expire and have a use count, and you can revoke one. Crew members sign in and tap Join with an invite code.

Set roles
Owner has full control. Manager invites crew, assigns tasks and approves entries. Crew adds and edits records. Viewer only reads. The owner can also hide costs from the crew.
Everything still works offline; changes sync when a phone is back online.
